In order to personalize your party it's very helpful if you can have name tags made for each child. If our characters can say their names, it will make them feel extra special.*
Does your child have any obstacles or conditions that would prevent them from having a successful experience with us? For example, anxiety, easily overwhelmed, doesn't like loud noises, etc.*

Permission is granted for Heidi S. Emmer LLC to use your event pictures on the Internet or for marketing*

Our performers have full schedules so it is important to adhere to the contracted time period. We arrive on time and must leave on time. Often we have an event following yours. if you would like overtime, and our performers are available, please be prepared to be charged an additional $25 every 15 minutes over per performer. Please plan your party schedule accordingly.*
After submitting this contract if you are to make any changes to your event there will be a client charge of $50.*
Increasing the hours of your party may be accommodated based on availability. Decreasing hours of a party after the contract is sent cannot be accommodated. Changing the party time may be subject to a $50 fee.*
If a performer does not show up to your event at all you will be given a full refund.*
If payment is not given by date of party, late fees will apply at $50.00 dollars per week.*
Any cancellations will not be refunded. However we are happy to re-schedule your event. If you are requesting a refund after services are rendered, you will be held responsible for all attorney and court related fees paid by Heidi Emmer LLC.*
**ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER PERFORMANCE IS COMPLETED***
* Heidi S. Emmer LLC is not responsible for accidental injuries or property damage.
* Depending on the age and attention span of the guests Heidi S. Emmer LLC cannot guarantee that every child will be paying close attention. We find the more the adults participate, the more the young ones do also!
* Be prepared to assist performer(s) with unloading/loading any materials to and from vehicle.
* Offering drinks such as water to your performer is greatly appreciated.
* Parking space for performer is requested.
* For face painting we will need the corner of a table and two chairs of the same height.
* Performers are not to move or hold heavy equipment or furniture.
* Performers are there to entertain your children. We should not have to discipline them. If a child's behavior is unsafe, it is the job of the parents to remove the child. If we have to we will ask them to be removed for the safety of the other children.
* Please keep the noise level of the guests down to a minimum so that children can hear the performer. Please keep distracting toys away from the performing area.
* Please EMAIL additional questions or requests.
* Our clients may use similar names but Heidi S. Emmer LLC does not represent any Disney or copy-written character and will never disrespect the creators or any child's imagery or imagination.
* We do not offer refunds
* We do not offer cancellations
* We do not offer any weather related changes
